Sushi 101 — Roll & Hand Roll Class

Your first sushi class. Hands-on, beginner-friendly, capped at small group size so everyone gets real one-on-one time.

We'll cover rice cooking, knife basics, nori handling, and the classics: California, spicy tuna, salmon avocado, and hand rolls. By the end of class, you'll plate rolls that look like they came out of a restaurant.
